Sheila Bonner

Sheila Bonner serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO & jointly oversees KDP’s Transformation Office as the company prepares for the next step in its value creation strategy. She leads strategic planning and priority initiatives for the CEO, while serving as a trusted partner to the broader leadership team.

Sheila has been with KDP for 18 years and has deep experience in driving commercial and corporate strategy, planning, and retail marketing. She most recently served as SVP, Foodservice Solutions – delivering sales, marketing, and commercial growth strategies for KDP’s away from home portfolio offerings – and has held a variety of senior leadership roles across omnichannel marketing, eCommerce and shopper insights.

Sheila was previously with FedEx Office and Morgan Stanley and holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU).
