Debra Sandler is currently Founder and CEO of Mavis Foods, LLC, an e-commerce food startup. She has over 35 years in the consumer and pharmaceutical industries, most recently holding executive positions at Mars, Inc. including Chief Consumer Officer, President of Mars Chocolate North America and Chief Health and Wellbeing Officer. Prior to Mars, Ms. Sandler held a variety of leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo. She serves on the Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Inc., Dollar General Corporation and Gannett Co., Inc. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Pharmavite, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and a trustee for Hofstra University.
