Ozan Dokmecioglu is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), having been appointed to the position in July 2022. He previously served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer & President, International. In this role, Ozan was a key architect of the merger strategy that created KDP, oversaw the financial delivery of results that met or exceeded the Company’s merger commitments and led the International business during a period of exceptional growth.
Ozan’s career of more than 25 years is marked by significant global experience in the food and beverage industry in both developed and emerging economies. He has led numerous strategic transactions, including M&A, integrations and financial and business restructurings that have driven strong results and created meaningful value for shareholders.
Prior to the KDP merger, Ozan was CFO of Keurig Green Mountain, following the company’s take-private transaction in 2016. He previously held leadership positions at Kellogg Inc., where he served as Vice President Finance, CFO North America, and as Vice President Finance, CFO Europe. Before joining Kellogg in 2012, Ozan built his career in finance leadership roles in the U.S., Europe, and Middle East with Kraft Foods Inc., Cargill Inc. and Arthur Andersen.
Ozan serves as a member of the Krispy Kreme Board of Directors.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and a certificate in Project Investment and Appraisal Management from Harvard University.
