Monique Oxender serves as Interim Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, leading Keurig Dr Pepper’s corporate responsibility, government affairs, corporate communications and internal communications work.
She was previously KDP’s Senior Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer, where she designed and implemented the organizational and strategic framework for the Company’s ambitious corporate responsibility platform. Prior to joining the Company, Monique held management roles with Ford Motor Company, where she designed and managed industry-leading supply chain sustainability programs and served in leadership roles for key multi-stakeholder collaborations working with industry associations, the United Nations Global Compact, U.S. State Department, Department of Labor and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Monique serves on the Board of Directors for World Coffee Research and is a member of the Strategic Advisory Council for The Erb Institute, a partnership between the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. She has previously been recognized as one of the Top 100 Leaders in Sustainability by Sustainability Magazine.
She holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Resource Ecology from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish from Miami University.
