Workplace Health & Safety
Our employees’ safety and well-being are top priorities at KDP Canada. We reinforce workplace safety through continuous improvement programs and investing in tools and technologies to enhance how we capture metrics, identify, report and solve health and safety issues.
Community Engagement
We invest in social impact programs to engage employees and enrich the communities in which we live and work. We aim to build community resilience through corporate partnerships, employee giving, volunteerism and brand and retail activations.
