George Lagoudakis
George Lagoudakis is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and serves as Finance Lead for KDP’s ~$11 billion liquid refreshment business, which includes the carbonated soft drinks, still beverages and energy drink portfolios. He joined KDP in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Finance and later served as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer from July to November 2022. In his current and prior roles at KDP, George has been deeply involved in enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including portfolio optimization, margin expansion, productivity programs, capital allocation discipline, and the integration of financial strategy with commercial and supply chain execution.
George has more than 30 years of experience in the global consumer packaged goods industry. Prior to joining KDP, George held senior finance and CFO leadership positions across Europe with Kellogg and Mondelez International, leading complex, multi‑country organizations through periods of category transformation, cost restructuring, and operating model evolution. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Kellogg Europe’s Breakfast Foods category, based in Dublin, Ireland. During his tenure at Mondelez, he held multiple leadership positions, including Supply Chain Finance lead for Mondelez’s European Union region based in Zurich, Switzerland, and Commercial Finance Director based in London, UK. George began his career at Kraft Foods International, building a strong foundation in financial leadership through progressive roles across Europe.
George holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Athens University of Business and Economics and has completed the Corporate Finance program at London Business School.
