Roger Johnson

Roger Johnson serves as Chief Transformation Officer and President, International, for the Beverage Operating Unit (BOU). In this role, he leads KDP’s transformation and digital agenda, including the Technology organization, and oversees the BOU’s International businesses in Mexico, Canada and Europe. Roger also has responsibility for Procurement and Beverage Concentrate Operations in Ireland. 

Roger joined KDP in 2016 and has held several leadership positions across the supply chain and R&D organizations, including Chief Product Officer for the Keurig brand and Senior Vice President, Global Product Organization and GM Asia. He was named Chief Supply Chain Officer for KDP in 2022 with responsibility for the Company’s end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation and quality, environment, health and safety.  

Roger assumed added responsibility as Chief Transformation Officer in 2025 to oversee activity related to the acquisition of JDE Peet’s and the creation of two distinct beverage companies. 

With 30 years of experience in consumer durables, electronics, food and beverage and automotive industries, Roger has held leadership roles in product development, engineering and supply chain for organizations including BISSELL Homecare, Whirlpool Corporation and Ford Motor Company. 

He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
