Aaron Alt

Aaron Alt has served as Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health since February 2023, where he oversees the company’s financial and corporate development activities. He is a seasoned finance and operations executive with more than two decades of experience driving financial performance, business transformation and value creation across large-scale consumer and distribution businesses.

Prior to Cardinal Health, Alt served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sysco Corporation. He previously held finance and operational leadership roles at Sally Beauty Holdings and Target Corporation and began his career at Sara Lee Corporation.

Alt holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
