Robert Gamgort
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERRobert “Bob” Gamgort serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). Under his leadership, KDP has emerged as a Modern Beverage Company and one of the largest food and beverage companies in the United States, with inclusion in the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100. Prior to the formation of KDP, Bob was CEO of Keurig Green Mountain, following its take-private transaction in 2016.
His more than 30+ year career in consumer products and entertainment includes positions as CEO of Pinnacle Foods, North American President of Mars Inc. and President of Major League Baseball Properties, as well as a progression of marketing, sales, strategy and general management roles at General Foods and Kraft Foods.
His career has been marked by numerous brand and company turnarounds, innovation and new business creation as well as the highly successful Pinnacle Foods IPO and more than a dozen significant M&A transactions.
Bob holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a BA in Economics from Bucknell University, and studied at the London School of Economics.
Bob serves as Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for National Veterinary Associates, Inc. (NVA), a leading pet healthcare company, and is on the board of B4IG, a global coalition for inclusive growth. He formerly was a director for Wayfair (NYSE: W), a Trustee for Bucknell University, Director for the New Jersey State Employment Training Commission and Trustee for Schiff Natural Lands Trust.
He has been recognized by the media for his influence in the fields of marketing, sports business and the beverage industry, including BEVNET’s “Person of the Year” award in 2018.
Andrew Archambault
PRESIDENT, U.S. REFRESHMENT BEVERAGESAndrew Archambault is President, U.S. Refreshment Beverages, for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) He leads all aspects of the business segment including marketing, fountain foodservice, concentrate sales, and the Company’s nationwide direct store delivery (DSD) network.
Prior to this appointment in 2023, Andrew served as President, Commercial & Beverage Concentrates, where he led full-portfolio business planning, national account management and sales execution and all enterprise commercial functions as well as fountain foodservice and cola-affiliated bottlers and distributors. He was previously Chief Customer Officer for KDP and had been Senior Vice President for U.S. Commercial Strategy at Keurig Green Mountain.
Before joining Keurig Green Mountain, Andrew served as Chief Commercial and Customer Officer for The Nature’s Bounty, Co. and as Vice President and Managing Director for Bacardi USA. His career also includes 17 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he held a variety of sales and corporate roles.
Andrew is a member of the Board of Directors of Tractor Beverage Company. He earned undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Tim Cofer
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERTimothy “Tim” Cofer serves as Chief Operating Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), having joined the Company in November 2023. His transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer is planned for the second quarter of 2024.
Tim is a seasoned consumer packaged goods executive, with more than 30 years of multinational experience in driving growth, leading transformations and executing significant M&A. His career is highlighted by a track record of creating value and building high performing teams.
Prior to joining KDP, Tim was the Chief Executive Officer of Central Garden & Pet Company (NASDAQ: CENT) (NASDAQ: CENTA), where he oversaw a multi-year period of double-digit revenue and profit growth and a series of strategic acquisitions.
Previously, he spent more than 25 years with Mondelēz International and its predecessor company, Kraft Foods, with responsibility across a wide range of product categories, including coffee, chocolate and packaged food. In Tim’s last position as EVP and Chief Growth Officer, he was a critical architect behind the company's successful growth strategy. He previously led several global regions, including as President of Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa Mondelēz International and President of Kraft Foods Europe. In his U.S.-focused roles of President of Kraft Pizza Company and President of Oscar Mayer Foods, he oversaw manufacturing and distribution operations, including a nationwide direct store delivery network. He also led the global integration of Kraft and Cadbury, delivering on the merger's strategic and financial objectives while nurturing a combined high-performing culture.
Tim holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Economics and Political Science from St. Olaf College.
Mary Beth DeNooyer
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERMary Beth DeNooyer is Chief Human Resources Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. With nearly 25 years of human resources experience, she joined the Company in July 2019 from Pinnacle Foods, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer following its Initial Public Offering. Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Mary Beth served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Hillshire Brands and, before then, held key HR roles at Sara Lee, The Pepsi Bottling Group and General Mills.
Mary Beth holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Roger Johnson
Chief Supply Chain OfficerRoger Johnson was named Chief Supply Chain Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in October 2022. He is responsible for the Company’s end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation and quality, as well as environment, health and safety.
Johnson joined KDP in 2016 and has held several leadership positions across the supply chain and R&D organizations, including Chief Product Officer for the Keurig brand and Senior Vice President, Global Product Organization and GM Asia. In those roles, he established KDP’s global operations center in Singapore, diversified the organization’s brewer manufacturing network across Asia and designed highly successful brewer innovation strategies.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning the consumer durables, electronics, food and beverage and automotive industries, Johnson has held leadership roles in product development, engineering and supply chain for organizations including BISSELL Homecare, Whirlpool Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering from Purdue University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Mauricio Leyva
GROUP PRESIDENTMauricio Leyva, Group President, is supporting the transition of leadership in Coffee and International businesses, and will be an advisor to the Company in 2024. He had previously led the hot beverage and coffee systems portfolio, international businesses and the evolution of the digitalization of Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).
With more than 30 years of broad business experience for a range of multinational companies, Mauricio joined KDP in 2020 as President, International and Business Development. Prior to KDP, Mauricio served as a Senior Adviser at JAB Holding, supporting the group's global beverage and coffee team. Earlier, he was CEO at Grupo Lala, a Mexican dairy company, with plants and distribution centers in Mexico, Brazil, the United States and Central America. Mauricio has also held key leadership roles at AB InBev for 17 years, serving as President of the Middle Americas Zone and CEO of Grupo Modelo, and at SABMiller, including serving as Chairman and Managing Director of its flagship South African market.
Mauricio holds a postgraduate diploma in International Management from Université de Nancy, France, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia. He has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Oxford and Executive Business Leadership from Stanford University.
Patrick Minogue
PRESIDENT, U.S. COFFEEPatrick Minogue serves as President, U.S. Coffee, for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), driving the Company's leadership position in the single-serve coffee category by leading Keurig system strategy, brand marketing, direct to consumer, digital products, away from home and partner management.
He was previously Senior Vice President and GM of Coffee Operations for KDP. Since joining the Company in 2015, Patrick has leveraged his background in technology and marketing, and his more than fifteen years of beverage industry experience, to enhance KDP’s consumer-facing capabilities. He has played a key role in the innovation and growth of the Keurig system, including the successful launch of connected brewers, the strategy and products that are capturing iced and specialty coffee occasions, and the ongoing growth of KDP's leading e-commerce platforms, including Keurig.com.
Prior to joining KDP, Patrick served as Vice President of Customer Marketing for Bacardi USA, where he led a transformation of commercial and channel strategy capabilities. He had previously spent five years as a brand marketer, working on some of the largest brands at Molson Coor Beverage Company (then MillerCoors). Patrick began his career with commercial roles in high technology.
He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in History from Harvard University.
Monique Oxender
CHIEF CORPORATE AFFAIRS OFFICERMonique Oxender serves as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, leading Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) sustainability, government affairs, corporate communications and internal communications work.
She was previously KDP’s Senior Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer, where she designed and implemented the organizational and strategic framework for the Company’s ambitious corporate responsibility platform. Prior to joining the Company, Monique held management roles with Ford Motor Company, where she designed and managed industry-leading supply chain sustainability programs and served in leadership roles for key multi-stakeholder collaborations working with industry associations, the United Nations Global Compact, U.S. State Department, Department of Labor and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Monique serves on the Board of Directors for World Coffee Research and is a member of the Strategic Advisory Council for The Erb Institute, a partnership between the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. She has previously been recognized as one of the Top 100 Leaders in Sustainability by Sustainability Magazine.
She holds an MBA and a master’s degree in Resource Ecology from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish from Miami University.
Sudhanshu Priyadarshi
Chief Financial Officer and President, InternationalSudhanshu Priyadarshi is Chief Financial Officer and President, International, for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). He leads the Finance, Information Technology organizations and has overall responsibility for KDP’s International Business Segment.
A seasoned global finance, strategy and operations executive, Sudhanshu has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food & beverage, retail, pharmaceutical and logistics industries. He has spent the majority of his career at multi-national CPG and retail companies.
Sudhanshu joined KDP as CFO in November 2022 from Vista Outdoor Inc., a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products in the outdoor sports and recreation markets. He served as Vista Outdoor’s Chief Financial Officer during a period of significant organic and inorganic growth.
He had previously been CFO of Flexport, a worldwide provider of logistics solutions, where he led all financial operations, Global Real Estate and Insurance P&L. Prior to that he was with Walmart as Vice President of Finance for the growing U.S. ecommerce business after serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for the $100 billion General Merchandise and Softlines division. He joined Walmart from Cipla, a top-10 global generic pharmaceutical company that operates in more than 150 countries, where he was Global Chief Operating Officer and previously Group Head, Corporate Strategy and Development.
Sudhanshu started his career at PepsiCo, where he spent 14 years in financial and corporate strategy roles, including CFO of Global R&D & PepsiCo Global Nutrition Platforms.
Sudhanshu serves on the Board of Directors of Wabash (NYSE:WNC), a world-class manufacturer of advanced engineered solutions and services for transportation, logistics and distribution industries. He holds a degree in Physics from India and an MBA in Finance from University of Technology, Sydney.
Dr. Karin Rotem-Wildeman
CHIEF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICERDr. Karin Rotem-Wildeman serves as Chief Research & Development Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, leading product development, packaging innovation, flavor technology and associated R&D capabilities.
Rotem-Wildeman joined KDP in January 2023 with more than 25 years of leadership experience in product innovation and commercialization for leading global food and beverage companies, including PepsiCo, Nestle and GODIVA Chocolatier. She was most recently Chief Scientific Officer at the LIVEKINDLY Collective — a plant-based startup with a portfolio of established brands as well as innovative new products.
Rotem-Wildeman spent 18 years with PepsiCo in global R&D leadership roles across beverages and food, with her last serving as Senior Vice President, Beverage Regional R&D. During her time at the company, she led innovation into emerging white spaces as well as renovation in core categories and oversaw work in process development, strategy, portfolio management, and venture capital investment.
Rotem-Wildeman holds a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University. She currently serves on the department advisory boards of both academic institutions.
Anthony Shoemaker
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSELAnthony Shoemaker serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Keurig Dr Pepper. He joined the Company in 2020 as Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, leading the legal efforts for securities, finance and corporate governance, as well as tax, treasury and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Anthony served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare. He began his legal career as a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University and received his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Chicago Law School.
Justin Whitmore
Chief Strategy OfficerJustin Whitmore serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He is responsible for enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and venture investments.
Prior to joining the Company in March of 2021, Justin held end-to-end strategy, venture, and general management roles at Tyson Foods, including as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer. He has also worked extensively with leading consumer packaged goods companies as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Justin has previously been named to CNN’s “Risk Takers” list of the top 20 leaders pushing global business forward, featured as an “American Food Hero” by EatingWell magazine and included in Savoy magazine’s Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America and Black Enterprise magazine’s 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America.
Justin serves on the Board of Directors of Nutrabolt, a leader in sports nutrition and better-for-you performance beverages, and Athletic Brewing Co., the market leader in non-alcoholic craft beer, as well as on the Corporate Advisory Board of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Paul S. Michaels
FORMER GLOBAL PRESIDENT, MARS, INC. & LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, KDPPaul S. Michaels is the former Global President of Mars, Inc. from 2004 to 2015 and currently serves as Director of Coty, Inc. and Krispy Kreme. Before joining Mars, Inc., Mr. Michaels spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson building many of the company’s flagship brands, such as Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, REACH Toothbrushes and JOHNSON’S Baby Shampoo. He began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company.
Oray Boston
WORLDWIDE PRESIDENT OF TRAUMA, EXTREMITIES, CRANIOMAXILLOFACIAL AND ANIMAL HEALTH, DEPUY SYNTHES, THE ORTHOPAEDICS COMPANY OF JOHNSON & JOHNSONOray Boston is currently Worldwide President of Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial and Animal Health for DePuy Synthes, The Orthopaedics Company of Johnson & Johnson. He has more than 30 years in cross-functional and cross-sector leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, leading teams that have driven commercial growth and delivered differentiated innovation. Previously, he was with Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson MedTech company, where his roles included President of Global Biosurgery, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Worldwide Vice President of Franchise Operations. Mr. Boston has served as National Co-Chair of Johnson & Johnson’s African Ancestry Leadership Council and is currently a member of the CEO Council for Growth of Philadelphia.
Olivier Goudet
MANAGING PARTNER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, JABOlivier Goudet is currently Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of JAB. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger and Krispy Kreme. He is also a Director of Caribou Coffee Company / Einstein Noah, Espresso House, Compassion First and Coty, Inc. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mars, Inc. and served as an independent advisor to the Mars, Inc. Board of Directors. Mr. Goudet began his career at Mars, Inc., serving on the finance team of its French business and held several senior executive positions at the VALEO Group, including Group Finance Director.
Peter Harf
MANAGING PARTNER & CHAIRMAN, JABPeter Harf is Managing Partner and Chairman of JAB and Managing Director of Lucresca and Agnaten, both privately-owned holding companies. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Coty, Inc. He is also a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger, Caribou Coffee Company/Einstein Noah, Krispy Kreme and Compassion First. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Delete Blood Cancer DKMS. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Coty, Inc., Deputy Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser and Chairman of Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Juliette Hickman
Former Investment Analyst, Capital Group CompaniesJuliette Hickman is a former investment analyst at the Capital Group Companies, with exposure to a broad range of industries on a global basis and specific expertise and focus on the global beverage industry. Ms. Hickman has more than 20 years of investing experience and expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and risk assessment. In 2023 Ms. Hickman achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from The Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL). She also serves as an independent director for Waldencast Plc.
Pamela Patsley
FORMER EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, MONEYGRAM INTERNATIONAL, INC.Pamela “Pam” Patsley is the former Executive Chairman of MoneyGram International, Inc. and previously served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining MoneyGram, Ms. Patsley held leadership positions at First Data International, Paymentech, Inc. and First USA, Inc.
She is currently a Director of Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. and Texas Instruments Incorporated. Ms. Patsley was previously a Director of Molson Coors Brewing Company and ACI Worldwide, Inc.
Lubomira Rochet
PARTNER, JABLubomira Rochet is currently a Partner at JAB. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Digital Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at L'Oréal, where she successfully led L'Oréal’s marketing and commercial transformation to a digital-first company. Previously, Ms. Rochet served as deputy CEO at Valtech and, prior to Valtech, she served as Head of Innovation and Start-ups in France at Microsoft. Earlier in her career, Rochet served as Vice President of Strategy and Development at Sogeti, a branch of the Capgemini Group.
Debra Sandler
Founder and CEO, Mavis FoodsDebra Sandler is currently Founder and CEO of Mavis Foods, LLC, an e-commerce food startup. She has over 35 years in the consumer and pharmaceutical industries, most recently holding executive positions at Mars, Inc. including Chief Consumer Officer, President of Mars Chocolate North America and Chief Health and Wellbeing Officer. Prior to Mars, Ms. Sandler held a variety of leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo. She serves on the Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Inc., Dollar General Corporation and Gannett Co., Inc. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Pharmavite, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and a trustee for Hofstra University.
Robert Singer
FORMER CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BARILLA HOLDING S.P.ARobert “Bob” Singer currently serves as a Director of Coty, Inc. and Panera Bread Company. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Barilla Holding SpA, President and Chief Operating Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Chief Financial Officer of Gucci Group NV.
Mr. Singer previously served as Director of Benetton S.p.A., Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, Jimmy Choo PLC and Tiffany & Co.
Larry D. Young
FORMER PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & DIRECTOR, DR PEPPER SNAPPLE GROUPLarry D. Young is the former President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He joined the company in 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer of its Bottling Group division following the acquisition of Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Young’s prior experience includes more than 25 years in the Pepsi System, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers.
