Robert GamgortCHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Robert “Bob” Gamgort serves as Chief Executive Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (NYSE: KDP) and Executive Chairman of its Board. KDP was formed by the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple, creating a “Top 10” U.S. food and beverage company, with a portfolio of iconic hot and cold beverage brands. Before the merger, Bob served as CEO of Keurig Green Mountain (KGM), starting in 2016 when the company was taken private.
Prior to KGM, Bob enjoyed a 30+ year career in consumer products and entertainment, progressing through marketing, sales, strategy and general management roles at Kraft, as President of Major League Baseball Properties, North American President of Mars Inc. and CEO of Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) - leading its successful IPO in 2013.
Bob holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
Bob is currently a non-executive Director for Wayfair (NYSE:W).He has been recognized by the media for his influence in the fields of marketing, sports business and the beverage industry.
Jim BaldwinCHIEF LEGAL OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSEL
Jim Baldwin serves as Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel for Keurig Dr Pepper. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple in 1997 as Assistant General Counsel and was most recently Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He was involved in the establishment of DPS in 2008 when the company separated from Cadbury Schweppes plc. Prior to DPS and Cadbury Schweppes, Jim was a partner in the Dallas office of the Houston-based law firm of Hutcheson & Grundy. He began his law career with the firm of Berman, Mitchell, Yeager and Gerber.
Jim graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in English from Washington & Lee University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University.
Rodger CollinsPRESIDENT DIRECT STORE DELIVERY
Rodger Collins serves as President ,Direct Store Delivery for Keurig Dr Pepper, with responsibility for all company-owned DSD operations. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple in 2006 through its acquisition of Dr Pepper/Seven-Up Bottling Group. He had been with the Bottling Group and its predecessor companies since 1978. Prior to his current role, he was most recently President of Dr Pepper Snapple Group’s Packaged Beverages business segment and previously served as Midwest division President beginning in 2005, based in Chicago. Earlier, Rodger held regional vice president or division vice president roles from 1991 to 2005 after serving in numerous sales and marketing management positions.
Rodger also serves on the board of directors for the American Beverage Association as well as Big Red, Inc.
Fernando CortesCHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
Fernando Cortes is Chief Supply Chain Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Executive Vice President of Supply Chain for Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He joined the company in 2003 and held a variety of progressive leadership roles across Supply Chain and Operations.
Fernando began his career with Procter & Gamble in Latin America, holding different positions in product supply and manufacturing plant operations. He received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and his MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Ozan DokmeciogluCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ozan Dokmecioglu is Chief Financial Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, having served as Keurig Green Mountain’s CFO since May of 2016. Ozan joined Keurig from Kellogg Inc., where he served as Vice President Finance, CFO North America and as Vice President Finance, CFO Europe. Before joining Kellogg in 2012, Ozan built his career in finance leadership roles in the US, Europe, and Middle East with Kraft Foods Inc., Cargill Inc. and Arthur Andersen.
Ozan holds a BS in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and a certificate in Project Investment and Appraisal Management from Harvard University.
Derek HopkinsCHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Derek Hopkins serves as Chief Commercial Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Chief Integration Officer leading the Keurig Dr Pepper merger and, prior to that, was President of the Keurig Green Mountain US business. Derek joined Keurig in 2015, and has spent the last 25 years in the beverage industry across the US, Canada and Europe. He has held a number of commercial, marketing and general management roles for companies including Bacardi, Coca-Cola Company, AB InBev, and Guinness Diageo.
Derek holds a BBA from Texas Wesleyan University and has completed an Advanced Management Programs with INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and The Wharton School of Business.
Richard JonesCHIEF INTEGRATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION OFFICER
Richard “Rich” Jones is Chief Integration and Supply Chain Transformation Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, previously serving as Keurig Green Mountain’s Chief Supply Chain Officer. He joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2017 from L’Oréal Americas, where spent 17 years in a number of supply chain leadership positions, including SVP North American Manufacturing. Rich began his career at Unilever, where he spent a decade in progressive operations, purchasing, and supply chain roles.
Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Wales.
Andrew LoucksPRESIDENT, KEURIG APPLIANCES
Andrew Loucks is President, Keurig Appliances for Keurig Dr Pepper. He joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Beverage Brands and served as the interim President of the Keurig US Commercial business prior to the company’s merger with Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Prior to joining Keurig Green Mountain, he held several leadership roles at the Kellogg Company throughout North America including Vice President Marketing & Innovation and most recently President, U.S. Frozen Foods Kellogg Company and was member of the Global and North American Leadership Team. Prior to joining Kellogg Company in 2002, Andrew spent several years working in various sales and marketing roles within Unilever across food, personal care and home care categories.
Andrew completed his studies in business administration at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, Canada and more recently completed the General Manager/Country Manager Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
Meg NewmanCHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Meg Newman is Chief Human Resources Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. She joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2017 as Chief Human Resources Officer, prior to which she served as Chief People Officer of Home Depot Supply. She previously held key human resources roles in Conseco Insurance and Sears Roebuck & Company.
Meg holds a BA in Psychology from Coe College and an MA in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin. She is a Director of Core & Main, and is a member of the HR Leadership Forum, the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Policy Association.
Maria SceppaguercioCHIEF CORPORATE AFFAIRS OFFICER
Maria Sceppaguercio is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, previously serving as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for Keurig Green Mountain. She joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2018 from Pinnacle Foods, where she was Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, having built the award-winning investor relations function for the company following their Initial Public Offering. Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Maria held leadership roles in finance, corporate planning, communications and investor relations at Ann Taylor and Revlon, Inc. She began her career at Nabisco, where she held senior management positions in finance, strategic and business planning and investor relations during her 18-year tenure.
Maria holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
Andrew SpringateCHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Andrew Springate is Chief Marketing Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, for Dr Pepper Snapple, a role he took in 2017 after previously serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager within Dr Pepper Snapple’s Beverage Concentrates business. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple (then part of Cadbury Schweppes plc) in 2000 as Director of Marketing and held numerous leadership roles in brand marketing and innovation, becoming Senior Vice President of Marketing in 2008 and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Innovation and Strategic Planning in 2012. He began his career as a District Sales Manager for Frito-Lay before taking a role at The Coca-Cola Company as Brand Manager for Sprite.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
David ThomasCHIEF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Dr. David Thomas serves as Chief Research & Development Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Executive Vice President Research & Development for Dr Pepper Snapple. David joined the company in 2006 as Senior Vice President for Research & Development. Prior to Dr Pepper Snapple, he served as Vice President, Research & Development for the Gerber Products Company. Earlier, he served in numerous R&D leadership positions at General Mills, Pillsbury and Unilever/National Starch & Chemical.
David holds 15 patents across a range of ingredient, product and process-related technologies. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he holds a B.S. in microbiology, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in food science, with an emphasis in flavor biochemistry. His Ph.D. program was tied closely with research being done at McCormick & Co., Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the International Life Sciences Institute (North America), as well as on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Food Safety (University of Georgia). He also currently chairs the Health & Wellness committee for the American Beverage Association.
Jim TrebilcockCHIEF CONCENTRATE AND INTERNATIONAL OFFICER
Jim Trebilcock is Chief Concentrate and International Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, with responsibility for franchise bottler relationships and all International businesses. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple in 1987 and was most recently EVP & Chief Commercial Officer, taking on CCO responsibilities in 2016 after serving as EVP of Marketing since 2009. In his over three decades with DPS and its predecessor companies, he has held numerous leadership positions in brand management, promotions, marketing research and marketing services. Before joining Dr Pepper Snapple, he held several regional sales and marketing positions with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated. Prior to that, he began his marketing career with General Mills Inc., working in the Big G Cereal Division.
Jim is a graduate of Michigan State University where he holds a BA and an MBA in marketing. He is a member of the board of directors of the Association of National Advertisers and the Cotton Bowl Classic and serves as president of the Dr Pepper Dallas Cup, one of the world’s most prestigious international youth soccer tournaments.

Prior to joining Keurig Green Mountain as Chief Executive Officer in 2016, he served for seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Foods and, prior to that, as North American President of Mars, Inc., where he managed the company’s portfolio of confectionary, main meal, pet food, and retail businesses. Prior to that role, Bob served as Vice President of Marketing for M&M/Mars and General Manager of its Chocolate Unit. In addition, he served as President of Major League Baseball Properties and began his career at Kraft Foods.
Bob holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. He also studied at the London School of Economics.
Olivier Goudet is currently Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of JAB. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger and Krispy Kreme. He is also a Director of Caribou Coffee Company / Einstein Noah, Espresso House and Coty, Inc. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mars, Inc. and served as an independent advisor to the Mars, Inc. Board of Directors. Mr. Goudet began his career at Mars, Inc., serving on the finance team of its French business and held several senior executive positions at the VALEO Group, including Group Finance Director.
Peter Harf is Managing Partner and Chairman of JAB and Managing Director of Lucresca and Agnaten, both privately-owned holding companies. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Coty, Inc. and Espresso House. He is also a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger, Caribou Coffee Company/Einstein Noah and Krispy Kreme. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Delete Blood Cancer DKMS. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Coty, Inc., Deputy Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser and Chairman of Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Genevieve Hovde currently serves as Managing Director at BDT & Company. She also serves on the Investment Committee of BDT Capital Partners, LLC and as a Board Observer of Jacobs Douwe Egberts. BDT Capital Partners is a substantial indirect stockholder of Keurig Dr Pepper through its interests in the parent company of Maple Parent Holdings Corp. Prior to joining BDT in 2010, Ms. Hovde served as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Coverage division.
Anna-Lena Kamenetzky is currently a Partner and Head of Business Development of JAB Holding Company and Co-Head of JAB Consumer Fund. She also serves as a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Coty, Inc. Prior Director roles include then publicly-listed luxury shoe and accessories company Jimmy Choo, plc, private Japanese automotive supply company Niles, Corp. and private asset management firm Kleinwort Benson Investors Dublin Ltd. Her prior experience includes serving as Managing Director of RHJ US Management Inc. and serving in various different roles in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt, New York and London between 2000 and 2007.

Paul S. Michaels is the former Global President of Mars, Inc. from 2004 to 2015 and currently serves as Director of Coty, Inc. and Krispy Kreme. Before joining Mars, Inc., Mr. Michaels spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson building many of the company’s flagship brands, such as Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, REACH Toothbrushes and JOHNSON’S Baby Shampoo. He began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company.
Pamela “Pam” Patsley is the former Executive Chairman of MoneyGram International, Inc. and previously served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining MoneyGram, Ms. Patlsey held leadership positions at First Data International, Paymentech, Inc. and First USA, Inc. She is currently a Director of ACI Worldwide, Inc., Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. and Texas Instruments Incorporated. Ms. Patsley was previously a Director of Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Molson Coors Brewing Company.
Gerhard “Gerd” Pleuhs currently serves as Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Mondelēz International, Inc., assuming the role at Kraft Foods Inc., Mondelēz’s predecessor company, in 2012. In this role, Mr. Pleuhs has global oversight of the legal and compliance and corporate and government affairs functions. Mr. Pleuhs previously held several predominantly legal leadership positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. at corporate, regional and local business levels in developing and emerging markets. He currently also serves as a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts. He began his career at Jacobs Kaffee Deutschland GmbH, prior to its acquisition by Altria Group.
Fabien Simon is currently a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of JAB. He also serves as a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Krispy Kreme. Before joining JAB in 2019, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Jacobs Douwe Egberts from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that role, Mr. Simon spent 14 years at Mars, Inc. in multiple finance and business transformation positions, including Corporate Finance Staff Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Asia-Pacific, and European Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pet-Care. He began his career in 1993 at VALEO Group, where he held multiple management roles, including Finance Director.

Dirk Van de Put currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mondelēz International. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of McCain Foods Limited, in addition to global and international leadership roles at Novartis Inc., including President of the Global OTC Division, and Groupe Danone, including President of the Americas Division and joint President of the Fresh Dairy Division. He began his career in sales and marketing at Mars, Inc., before joining The Coca-Cola Company where he became President of Coca-Cola Caribbean.

Larry D. Young is the former President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He joined the company in 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer of its Bottling Group division following the acquisition of Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Young’s prior experience includes more than 25 years in the Pepsi System, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers.
