Robert Gamgort
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERRobert “Bob” Gamgort serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper (NYSE: KDP). KDP was formed by the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple, creating a “Top 10” U.S. food and beverage company, with a portfolio of iconic hot and cold beverage brands. Before the merger, Bob served as CEO of Keurig Green Mountain (KGM), starting in 2016 when the company was taken private.
Prior to KGM, Bob enjoyed a 30+ year career in consumer products and entertainment, progressing through marketing, sales, strategy and general management roles at Kraft, as President of Major League Baseball Properties, North American President of Mars Inc. and CEO of Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) - leading its successful IPO in 2013.
Bob holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
Bob serves on the National Veterinary Associates, Inc. board of directors. He has been recognized by the media for his influence in the fields of marketing, sports business and the beverage industry.
Jim Baldwin
CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER & GENERAL COUNSELJim Baldwin serves as Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel for Keurig Dr Pepper. He joined Dr Pepper Snapple in 1997 as Assistant General Counsel and was most recently Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He was involved in the establishment of DPS in 2008 when the company separated from Cadbury Schweppes plc. Prior to DPS and Cadbury Schweppes, Jim was a partner in the Dallas office of the Houston-based law firm of Hutcheson & Grundy. He began his law career with the firm of Berman, Mitchell, Yeager and Gerber.
Jim graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in English from Washington & Lee University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University.
Fernando Cortes
CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICERFernando Cortes is Chief Supply Chain Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Executive Vice President of Supply Chain for Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He joined the company in 2003 and held a variety of progressive leadership roles across Supply Chain and Operations.
Fernando began his career with Procter & Gamble in Latin America, holding different positions in product supply and manufacturing plant operations. He received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and his MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Mary Beth DeNooyer
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERMary Beth DeNooyer is Chief Human Resources Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. With nearly 25 years of human resources experience, she joined the Company in July 2019 from Pinnacle Foods, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer following its Initial Public Offering. Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Mary Beth served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Hillshire Brands and, before then, held key HR roles at Sara Lee, The Pepsi Bottling Group and General Mills.
Mary Beth holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Ozan Dokmecioglu
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONALOzan Dokmecioglu is Chief Financial Officer & President, International for Keurig Dr Pepper, having served as Keurig Green Mountain’s CFO since May of 2016. Ozan joined Keurig from Kellogg Inc., where he served as Vice President Finance, CFO North America and as Vice President Finance, CFO Europe. Before joining Kellogg in 2012, Ozan built his career in finance leadership roles in the US, Europe, and Middle East with Kraft Foods Inc., Cargill Inc. and Arthur Andersen.
Ozan holds a BS in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and a certificate in Project Investment and Appraisal Management from Harvard University.
Derek Hopkins
PRESIDENT, COLD BEVERAGESDerek Hopkins serves as President, Cold Beverages, for Keurig Dr Pepper, with responsibility for the Company’s cold beverage portfolio, including brand marketing, innovation, all elements of the Company’s broad distribution network, customer management across brands and channels and all commercial functions.
He was previously the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer and served as the Chief Integration Officer leading the Keurig Dr Pepper merger. Prior to that, he was President of the Keurig Green Mountain U.S. business.
Derek joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2015 and has spent the last 25+ years in the beverage industry across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. He has held a number of general management, strategy, commercial and marketing roles for companies including Bacardi, The Coca-Cola Company, AB InBev, and Guinness Diageo.
Derek holds a BBA from Texas Wesleyan University and has completed a postgraduate program with INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Derek currently serves as Vice Chair of the American Beverage Association’s Board of Directors.
Mauricio Leyva
PRESIDENT, COFFEEMauricio Leyva is President, Coffee for Keurig Dr Pepper. Mauricio joined the company in March 2020 as President, International and Business Development. Before joining KDP, Mauricio served as a Senior Adviser at JAB Holding, supporting the group's global beverage and coffee team. Prior to JAB, he was CEO at Grupo Lala, a Mexican dairy company, with plants and distribution centers in Mexico, Brazil, the United States and Central America. Before that, Mauricio held key leadership roles at AB InBev, serving as President of the Middle Americas Zone and CEO of Grupo Modelo, and at SABMiller, including serving as Chairman and Managing Director of its flagship South African market.
Mauricio holds a postgraduate diploma in International Management from Université de Nancy, France, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia. He has also completed an Executive Leadership Programmé at the University of Oxford.
Maria Sceppaguercio
CHIEF CORPORATE AFFAIRS OFFICERMaria Sceppaguercio is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper, previously serving as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for Keurig Green Mountain. She joined Keurig Green Mountain in 2018 from Pinnacle Foods, where she was Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, having built the award-winning investor relations function for the company following their Initial Public Offering. Prior to Pinnacle Foods, Maria held leadership roles in finance, corporate planning, communications and investor relations at Ann Taylor and Revlon, Inc. She began her career at Nabisco, where she held senior management positions in finance, strategic and business planning and investor relations during her 18-year tenure.
Maria holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
David Thomas
CHIEF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICERDr. David Thomas serves as Chief Research & Development Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. He was most recently Executive Vice President Research & Development for Dr Pepper Snapple. David joined the company in 2006 as Senior Vice President for Research & Development. Prior to Dr Pepper Snapple, he served as Vice President, Research & Development for the Gerber Products Company. Earlier, he served in numerous R&D leadership positions at General Mills, Pillsbury and Unilever/National Starch & Chemical.
David holds 15 patents across a range of ingredient, product and process-related technologies. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he holds a B.S. in microbiology, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in food science, with an emphasis in flavor biochemistry. He currently serves on the Science and Regulatory Council for the American Beverage Association, as well as on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Food Safety, University of Georgia.
Justin Whitmore
Chief Strategy OfficerJustin Whitmore serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper. Prior to joining the Company in 2021, Justin held enterprise strategy, venture, general management and operations leadership roles at Tyson Foods, most recently as Executive Vice President, Alternative Protein, and previously as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief Venture and Sustainability Officer. He has also worked extensively with leading consumer packaged goods companies as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Justin earned his bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his MBA from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He has been named to CNN’s “Risk Takers” list featuring the top 20 leaders pushing global business forward, an EatingWell Magazine “American Food Hero,” one of Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America and included in Black Enterprise Magazine’s 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America. Justin currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Board at Notre Dame’s business school and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council.

CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERRobert “Bob” Gamgort serves as Chief Executive Officer for Keurig Dr Pepper and Executive Chairman of its Board. He is also a Director of Wayfair Inc. and the Grocery Manufacturers Association. Prior to joining Keurig Green Mountain as Chief Executive Officer in 2016, he served for seven years as Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Foods and, prior to that, as North American President of Mars, Inc., where he managed the company’s portfolio of confectionary, main meal, pet food, and retail businesses. Prior to that role, Bob served as Vice President of Marketing for M&M/Mars and General Manager of its Chocolate Unit. In addition, he served as President of Major League Baseball Properties and began his career at Kraft Foods.
Bob holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. He also studied at the London School of Economics.
Olivier Goudet
MANAGING PARTNER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, JABOlivier Goudet is currently Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of JAB. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger and Krispy Kreme. He is also a Director of Caribou Coffee Company / Einstein Noah, Espresso House, Compassion First and Coty, Inc. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Anheuser-Busch InBev. He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mars, Inc. and served as an independent advisor to the Mars, Inc. Board of Directors. Mr. Goudet began his career at Mars, Inc., serving on the finance team of its French business and held several senior executive positions at the VALEO Group, including Group Finance Director.
Peter Harf
MANAGING PARTNER & CHAIRMAN, JABPeter Harf is Managing Partner and Chairman of JAB and Managing Director of Lucresca and Agnaten, both privately-owned holding companies. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Coty, Inc. He is also a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Panera Bread Company, Pret A Manger, Caribou Coffee Company/Einstein Noah, Krispy Kreme and Compassion First. He is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Delete Blood Cancer DKMS. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Coty, Inc., Deputy Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser and Chairman of Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Juliette Hickman
Former Investor and Analyst, Capital Group CompaniesJuliette Hickman is a former investment analyst at the Capital Group Companies, with exposure to a broad range of industries on a global basis and specific expertise and focus on the global beverage industry. Ms. Hickman has more than 20 years of investing experience and expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and risk assessment. She also serves as an independent director for Montanya Distillers.
Genevieve Hovde
PARTNER, BDT & COMPANYGenevieve Hovde currently serves as Partner at BDT & Company. She also serves on the Investment Committee of BDT Capital Partners, LLC and as a Board Observer of Jacobs Douwe Egberts. BDT Capital Partners is a substantial indirect stockholder of Keurig Dr Pepper through its interests in the parent company of Maple Parent Holdings Corp. Prior to joining BDT in 2010, Ms. Hovde served as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Coverage division.
Paul S. Michaels
FORMER GLOBAL PRESIDENT, MARS, INC.Paul S. Michaels is the former Global President of Mars, Inc. from 2004 to 2015 and currently serves as Director of Coty, Inc. and Krispy Kreme. Before joining Mars, Inc., Mr. Michaels spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson building many of the company’s flagship brands, such as Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, REACH Toothbrushes and JOHNSON’S Baby Shampoo. He began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company.
Pamela Patsley
FORMER EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, MONEYGRAM INTERNATIONAL, INC.Pamela “Pam” Patsley is the former Executive Chairman of MoneyGram International, Inc. and previously served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining MoneyGram, Ms. Patlsey held leadership positions at First Data International, Paymentech, Inc. and First USA, Inc. She is currently a Director of ACI Worldwide, Inc., Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. and Texas Instruments Incorporated. Ms. Patsley was previously a Director of Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Molson Coors Brewing Company.
Gerhard Pleuhs
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL, MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL, INC.Gerhard “Gerd” Pleuhs currently serves as Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Mondelēz International, Inc., assuming the role at Kraft Foods Inc., Mondelēz’s predecessor company, in 2012. In this role, Mr. Pleuhs has global oversight of the legal and compliance and corporate and government affairs functions. Mr. Pleuhs previously held several predominantly legal leadership positions at Kraft Foods, Inc. at corporate, regional and local business levels in developing and emerging markets. He currently also serves as a Director of Jacobs Douwe Egberts. He began his career at Jacobs Kaffee Deutschland GmbH, prior to its acquisition by Altria Group.
Robert Singer
FORMER CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BARILLA HOLDING SPARobert “Bob” Singer currently serves as a Director of Coty, Inc., Tiffany & Co. and Panera Bread Company. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Barilla Holding SpA, President and Chief Operating Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Chief Financial Officer of Gucci Group NV. Mr. Singer previously served as Director of Benetton S.p.A., Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Mead Johnson Nutrition Company and Jimmy Choo PLC.
Justine Tan
Partner, JABJustine Tan is currently a partner at JAB, a role she has held since early 2020. Ms. Tan has more than 20 years of experience in investing, banking and operations, having previously been a founding member of Temasek’s U.S. operations, and an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ms. Tan also serves as a director of various companies including JDE Peet’s N.V., Coty Inc., Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp. and National Veterinary Associates, Inc.
Dirk Van de Put
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL, INC.Dirk Van de Put currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mondelēz International. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of McCain Foods Limited, in addition to global and international leadership roles at Novartis Inc., including President of the Global OTC Division, and Groupe Danone, including President of the Americas Division and joint President of the Fresh Dairy Division. He began his career in sales and marketing at Mars, Inc., before joining The Coca-Cola Company where he became President of Coca-Cola Caribbean.
Larry D. Young
FORMER PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & DIRECTOR, DR PEPPER SNAPPLE GROUPLarry D. Young is the former President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dr Pepper Snapple Group. He joined the company in 2006 as President and Chief Operating Officer of its Bottling Group division following the acquisition of Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Young’s prior experience includes more than 25 years in the Pepsi System, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers.
